  • Are carry-ins allowed at the festival?
    Sorry, no outside food or drinks allowed.We've got a killer food court and free water stations to keep you fueled and hydrated. You are encouraged to bring an EMPTY water bottle. If you are under 21, the bottle must be CLEAR. All bags are subject to search at any time. Please see the event bag policy for approved bag sizes. Any items confiscated by security will not be returned.
  • Can I bring a chair?
    You bet! Bring your lawn chair without a bag for comfortable seating in the designated General Admission areas. Reverb Music Festival is not responsible for chairs or other items that may be lost or stolen. Remember, chairs can't join the Pits. Chairs are provided in the seated VIP area.
  • Where can I purchase Reverb Music Festival tickets?
    You can grab your tickets online 24/7, or stop by the Reverb Music Festival office during business hours at 5775 20th Ave, Eau Claire, WI 54703. You can also order tickets over the phone by calling 715-839-7500.
  • Can I bring a water bottle into the festival?
    You may bring in 1 sealed plastic water bottle per person OR 1 empty, reusable water bottle per person. Hydration stations are available on the grounds to refill at anytime.
  • What is the bag policy?
    SMALL/CLEAR BAG POLICY: All bags will be searched before entry. Clear bags no larger than 12″x6″x12″ with a single compartment and/or small clutch bag 4.5″x6.5″ No backpacks or multi-compartment bags
  • Do I need to purchase camp access?
    EVERY PERSON who wants to enter the campgrounds for any reason must have an Admission Pass AND a Camp Access Pass to enter the campgrounds.
  • How do I get the lowest priced tickets?
    Get on it early! Prices increase as the festival gets closer, so snag those tickets, passes, and add-ons ASAP. Follow us on social media (@reverbwi) for contests, promotions, and giveaways.
  • How much is daily parking?
    Parking is $10 per day. Parking can be purchased at the event only. Offsite parking is available with shuttle service to the festival gates.
  • Are there showers available and what’s the cost?
    Showers are available for all campers with a camping pass.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    Sure, but be considerate of people around you. Security might ask you to tone it down if it bothers others, which may include not smoking in your seat. Follow security staff instructions.
  • Is ADA seating available?
    Yes. You and (1) escort may sit there. For VIP and Reserve seating, we can remove the chair for your wheelchair. Reverb provides ADA accessible parking near the festival entrance. We do not provide transport from any gate to the seating area.
  • Are pets allowed?
    No, pets are not allowed in the campgrounds or festival grounds. Service Dogs as defined by the ADA are allowed. Emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are not permitted.
  • Can I take pictures?
    Yes, you're free to capture the moment with your phone's camera. But leave the selfie sticks and pro equipment at home. You are not allowed into restricted areas to take pictures. No professional video recording is allowed.
  • Do bags get checked when walking in?
    Everyone and their belongings are subject to search upon entry and at any time while on the music festival grounds.
  • My wristband was damaged, what do I do?
    No worries, if your wristband is lost, damaged, or pulled too tight head to customer service at the Main Gate. If it's too tight, let the gate staff cut it off, do not remove it yourself.
  • What age do you have to be to go to Reverb?
    The festival is for all ages. Kids 4 and under enter free in General Admission with a paid adult ticket. VIP and Jam Deck require a ticket, regardless of age.
  • What can I bring into the festival with me?
    Reverb has a CLEAR BAG policy. Check the festival guide for non-clear bag size limits. It is an outdoor music festival, pack accordingly—jackets or sunscreen for unpredictable weather. No umbrellas, sorry! Leave the food and beverages at home, but bring an empty plastic container to fill with water inside the gates. Cameras are cool (no detachable lenses), but leave the pro video gear at home. And remember, no pets allowed, let's keep the show for the humans. All carry-ins will be subject to search by Security at any time.
  • What is the easiest way to get to the festival?
    Shuttle schedule is posted here on our website under the "Travel" Page, found through the "Info" dropdown menu of our website's header. Simply find the time and location and we will see you shortly after. We highly recommend avoiding Uber/Lyft and opting for the festival's parking options or shuttle service. Trust us, the traffic patterns are built to support shuttles and exiting vehicles.
  • What time do the gates open?
    The gates will open at 1pm

  • Can I get a refund on my tickets?
    There are no refunds and no exchanges, no exceptions
  • Can I upgrade my ticket?
    Yes, if there are seats available, you can level up your ticket. Just pay the price difference. Call our office at 715-839-7500 or visit us at the gate to make it happen.
  • Can I purchase tickets at the festival?
    Absolutely! Cash or credit, we've got you covered at the gates. VIP and Jam Deck tickets are limited, so don't sleep on it. Ticket upgrades and add-on items like Extra Vehicle passes and Camp Access passes are also available at the gates.
  • What is included with my Jam Deck ticket?
    Your Jam Deck ticket includes access to the elevated, covered Jam Deck. This is an open area with standing room. There is a private cash bar on the deck as well!
  • What is included with my VIP ticket?
    Get ready for the ultimate VIP treatment! Offering exclusive Pit access and the best seats in the house, your VIP ticket includes a souvenir laminate and commemorative water bottle. Enjoy food court-style dining and refreshing beer and soda in the VIP hospitality area. VIP ticket holders will also have access to private VIP porta potties and shaded areas to relax between shows.
  • What kind of food do they have in VIP?
    Reverb is for all the senses. Prepare your taste buds! VIP offers a variety of food options like burgers, Mexican, munchies, wraps, and more.
  • When will my ticket be sent out?
    Your tickets will be delivered to you via email shortly after completing your order. Please check your SPAM folder if you don't see them.

  • When can I check-in to my campsite?
    Campground check in is open: 4pm – 10pm on Thursday, August 15 9am - 10pm on Friday, August 16 9am - 5pm on Saturday, August 17
  • Can I have more than one vehicle at my campsite?
    Only one (1) vehicle is allowed to be parked at a campsite due to traffic and safety concerns. Additional vehicles will require an Extra Vehicle Pass and will be parked in an overflow parking area. If your sleeping unit has a steering wheel, such as an RV, you may park one (1) additional vehicle on your campsite as long as you stay within the campsite boundaries.
  • How many people can camp at my campsite?
    Each campsite is limited to a maximum of six (6) people. You are allowed one (1) sleeping unit and one (1) driving unit per site. Camp access passes must be presented for each person at check-in, and a vehicle sticker will be issued to the vehicle to be displayed in the window.
  • Can I purchase a campsite at the gate?
    Yes, campsites may be available for purchase at the gate, but they are limited. It is best to purchase campsites before the festival as they may be sold out prior to the event. There is no entry into the campgrounds without a camp access wristband.
  • Can I walk to and from the campground to the festival?
    You bet! The campground is adjacent to the festival site, allowing for easy, walkable access on foot.
  • Is ADA camping available?
    Yes, all Reverb Music Festival campsites are considered to be ADA accessible. If you require ADA accommodations, please call 715-839-7500 to review campsite options.
  • Are pets allowed in the campgrounds?
    No, pets are not allowed in the campgrounds or festival grounds. Service Dogs as defined by the ADA are allowed. Emotional support, comfort, or companion animals are not permitted.
  • Can I have a fire at my campsite?
    Campfires are allowed at the campsites if contained in a fire-ring. Fire rings are not provided, you must bring your own. Tiki torches or other open flames are not allowed in the campgrounds. The festival will make changes to the campfire policy to comply with any burning bans in effect. Restrictions can change daily and will be enforced.
  • Can I have a pool at my campsite?
    No, water service is not available at Reverb campsites. Pools are not allowed in the campgrounds.
  • Are there quiet hours?
    Yes, quiet hours are enforced in the campground from 2 am to 8 am. During this period, no generators or amplified music are permitted. Please be respectful of fellow campers during quiet hours.
  • What can I bring into the campgrounds?
    You may bring cans but please dispose of them in a separate recycling bag. Glass is not allowed in the campgrounds. Weapons and fireworks are not allowed and will be confiscated immediately.
  • What is a Camp Access Pass and who needs one?
    EVERYONE entering the campground must have purchased a Camp Access Pass. The Camp Access Pass serves as admission to the campground. Both an access pass and a festival admission wristband are required for each person at your campsite, including visitors. Camp Access Passes are available online or at the gate. Prices may increase at the gate, so it's advisable to purchase them early.
  • What size is my campsite?
    Standard and Electrical Campsites are 20' X 40'. Premier sites are 25' x 55'. Make sure to allow for room to level your camper and extend any slide-outs/awnings on your site.
  • When is the shower building open?
    The showers are open from 6am-10pm daily. They will be closed from noon-2pm and 5pm-7pm for cleaning.
  • Can I get my camper pumped out?
    Camper pump out service can be arranged for $50 through Cesspool Cleaners (715-577-9746)
  • Where can I dump my RV wastewater?
    Eau Claire Wastewater Treatment Plant 1000 Ferry St. Eau Claire, WI 54703 715-839-6117 Hours: May-October 7am-2:30pm Free rinse water available.
  • Is ADA parking available?
    Yes, ADA accessible parking is located near employee parking. Follow signs for “ADA Parking”. General Admission ADA parking is $10 a day. Please note that no transport is provided from any gate to the seating area.
  • Is ADA seating available?
    Yes, ADA seating is available. You and one escort may sit there. For VIP seating, the festival can remove the chair to accommodate a wheelchair.
  • Is ADA camping available?
    Yes, all Reverb Music Festival campsites are considered to be ADA accessible. If you require ADA accommodations, please call 715-839-7500 to review campsite options. Please note that the festival does not provide transport from the campsite to the festival gate or seating area.
